Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Digitradin (“we”, “us”) for the use of this website and the Wikigai service (together, “the service”). By using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. What the service is
Wikigai is a free online test that helps you reflect on your interests, skills, the needs of the world and what pays, and produces an informational result. It is available in English, French and Spanish.
2. Not professional advice
The result is for reflection and entertainment. It is not career counselling, psychological, medical, legal or financial advice, and it is not a prediction of your future. Decisions you take on the basis of the result are your own. For professional guidance, consult a qualified adviser.
3. Accounts
Some features need an account. Keep your login credentials confidential and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content, or use the service to harass anyone.
- Do not misrepresent the service or your results as ours, or use our name and marks without permission.
5. Our content
The service, its design, text, images and code are owned by Digitradin or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You keep ownership of what you submit; you grant us the limited licence needed to run the service.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided free of charge and as available. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or decisions taken on the basis of the result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions: admin@digitradin.cloud.
