Privacy Policy
Digitradin (“we”, “us”) operates the Wikigai ikigai career test and this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short because we collect little.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Digitradin. For any privacy question or request, write to admin@digitradin.cloud. We answer within 30 days.
2. What we collect
- Account data — if you create an account: your email address and authentication data.
- Test data — the answers you give in the Wikigai test and the result we calculate from them.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, timestamps, and error logs, generated when you use the service.
- Communications — messages you send us.
We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, payment details or any special-category data. The test is free and does not require a payment.
3. Why we use it
- To run the test, calculate and show your result, and save your progress or result if you have an account.
- To operate, secure and debug the service (rate limits, abuse prevention, error diagnosis).
- To understand in aggregate which pages and features are used, so we can improve them.
Legal bases under the GDPR: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (providing the test and account), our legitimate interest in operating and improving a free service, and consent where the law requires it (for example non-essential cookies, if we introduce them).
4. Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data. If we add analytics or non-essential cookies, we will ask for consent first and update this page.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers that host and operate the service for us (for example our hosting provider), under contracts that limit them to processing it on our instructions. We may disclose data if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of users.
6. Where data is stored
Our servers are located in the European Union. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism under the GDPR.
7. How long we keep it
- Account and test data: while your account exists. Delete your account or ask us and we erase it.
- Technical and error logs: up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
- Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you: kept indefinitely.
8. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to admin@digitradin.cloud. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
9. Age
The service is intended for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls and encrypted backups. No online service can guarantee absolute security; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the competent authority where the law requires it.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell account holders by email or in the app.
